Stages of Seder honey production:
Hives
The production of common jujube honey begins by placing bee hives near jujube trees, where the bees collect the nectar from the jujube flowers and convert it into the honey's unique flavor.
Honey production
The bees collect nectar from jujube flowers and store it in wax cells, where it is gradually converted into honey through evaporation and drying processes inside the hive.

When the honey is ready and the hives are sealed with beeswax, the beekeepers cut the covering wax and remove the frames filled with honey.
Packaging and wrapping
